Annual Pharmacology Retreat at Islandwood

Every September, the Pharmacology Department hosts a retreat for all students, faculty, and research associates. The retreat is headlined by research symposiums, formal presentations, and student poster sessions, which showcase the program's achievements over the past year. Many faculty and students take the opportunity between sessions to bike through the mountains, play volleyball, or head into downtown Leavenworth, which is modeled after Bavarian villages. The food is simply delicious, and there's plenty of it. Of course, no retreat would be complete without some hilarious entertainment from the Pharmacology second-year students.
